It goes from Fire/Ground to Water/Ground, and has more visually in common with Numel. In contrast to Camerupt, it's a calm Pokémon that is basically a living oasis, proving life-giving water to the parched desert.

There's a few different ways you could take this. I envision it as a navy blue nocturnal bird with a white beak like a crescent moon. Ghost, Flying, Water and Psychic all work for it based on its mythology.
