whoever posted this in the last leak thread, here's my thoughts on it. left to right, top to bottom.
1.) Group 1A and 2A of the periodic table are the alkali METALS and the alkali EARTH metals. They're telling us that there will be a Steel and Ground eeveelution.
2.) New baby pokemon for those guys.
3.) Gyms return. Pity, I kinda liked totems.
4.) Delcatty, Emolga and Octillery get evolutions. Knowing Octillery's line, the evolution'll probably be a nautilus or something random like that.
5.) The trees obviously correspond to the professors' names, I can't identify the eighth plant though. The pictures below the trees represent new mechanics added in the generation, so you have a Mega symbol in gen 6, z-move in gen 7 and so on. I know fuck all about gen 8's picture.
6.) If the bust is of Aristotle as I think, the two legendaries are loosely based on his concept of the mean condition: more specifically, of the ideal virtuous human having not too much or not too little of a trait. So you have the scales of balance, one pokemon representing decrease (probably also decay, lack and other associated words) and one representing increase (as well as greed, prosperity, idk.)
7.) The starters are all stage 2, you have to breed to get a baby form.
8.) Number of mega stones gets bumped up to 56.
9.) Fuck if I know
10.) Alola forms are unobtainable except for transfer (if that's even possible). Reasonable enough.
