As far as how it would look, I basically picture it "rupturing" even more to become a huge pile of junk and garbage. To give it the "steel" typing it should definitely have more metallic junk in its pile of garbage and maybe even a garbage can or dumpster sort of "piled" somewhere on top of its head?
Option 2 is just a massive junk monster robot thing, but Megas never really change the appearance of the mon that drastically...
