Small Safari's are great, but they shouldn't be the "Go to" option. Big Safari's feel, well, like an actual Safari.
The idea is that you pay a fee to get into the smaller Safari's if you want to find a more specific Pokemon.
Bigger Safari's may have benefits too, like a higher HA or Shiny rate than the smaller one I guess.
Just trying to find a way to balance the classic adventure-style Safari with the modern Friend Safari in a way that people can enjoy both for different reasons.
