Normal-types would be the easiest to train. Most of them aren't very strong when you catch them raw, and I feel like they'd be really easy to get along with. They're the most common type you find in early routes, after all.
Hardest would go to Fighting-types. Most of them already have strict, self-set regiments for training themselves. They'd be the ones likely to loaf around or do whatever they want in a battle, trusting their own judgement instead of their trainer's.
