Managed to catch 2nd 100% dratini before time ran out on event by waiting 2 hours before sniping the 2nd one. Even evolved it bfeore vent ended, but he still didn't get draco meteor. Had time still, so I tried to change his charge move with tm, but just only cycled through his normal moves.
