The last non-legendary pokemon over 15' tall is Milotic and the one before that was Wailord.
There are only 8 non-legendary pokemon over 15' tall.
Why did gamefreak stop making large non-legendary pokemon? A T-Rex or Diplodocus based pokemon would have been perfect for 15' tall pokemon.
I always thought of the fully evolved pokemon as being quite large, but now realize that most of them are barely taller than I am.
