>Any examplesOf all things, the hokey-as-all-fuck TV show from 1952 gets it right. As soon as Superman actually gets involved in the plot, the episode ends because Superman wins the moment he walks onto the scene. Instead, most of the episodes revolve around Clark having to outsmart people so he doesn't blow his cover, or Lois and Jimmy or someone else getting into human trouble and trying to figure out how to get Superman's attention before it's too late. Meanwhile all the mad scientists and gangsters understand that they live in Superman's world and have to plan around his existence in order to steal the Giant Diamond of Yabbadabbadoo from the Metropolis Museum or otherwise figure out how to make Superman someone else's problem so they can stay under his radar.
