I worked out Luisa's height based on Ash's supposed height of 165cm. Assuming that's not bullshit some autist came up with (which I'm pretty sure it is but let's pretend it's not) and in fact is his official height and Luisa comes up to his shoulder then that would make her about 125cm, or just over 4 feet tall, putting her somewhere between the average heights of a 7 and 8 year old girl, consistent with her height in the movie since it came out in July if she's 7 and her birthday
is.in March (the 3rd, the day the website updated with her on it). Since Largo is slightly taller than Ash's shoulder she must be 8.
