Kukui as a standard battle is on par with Lance which is one of the few canon points of comparison we have. I don't remember if Wallace bear Steven or if Steven stepped down so idk maybe Wallace's place could change. Alder out-lazies any other trainer and it's amazing he doesn't just throw champion matches. N would be S tier and probably capable of beating Mustard.
