Idk if it's the pose on this picture, but the textures look like PS2 FMV, and the scars look bad.
I could say Psyduck looks pretty weird too, but that's what you get for trying to add textures to designs that always were smooth and plastic.
Overall I surprisingly like the Pokemon in this movie ! It's weird to think that now we'll have to separate "Anime designs" and "Movie designs"
