The two things Electivire has over Pawmot are 1) 123 > 115 Akt and 2) access to Earthquake but that's it; Anything Electivire can do Pawmot can do it better
this mon is such a massive "fuck you" to all the Electivire bros who were asking for significant Electivire buffs ever since Gen 4
