>>39082876No, you can beat the story with a basic team. It's just that you're going to be blindsided with coverage and lose your Nuzlocke mons. In a normal playthrough you get wrecked, rethink your strategy once or twice and finally win. If doing a Nuzlocke you don't have that luxury.
