For me, a Pokémon remake just needs to things,
>Redesigns (to renovate the influx of fanart)>Bring the old game to the new standard (both graphically and Quality of Life-wise)BDSP failed at both of them, hence my opinion of them being completely negative... also, having new content is great, but honestly, if it was just as 1:1 remake as advertised, but had SwSh graphics and redesigns, I would have bought it.
