OP here; I'm not genwunning, I just prefer the way the Pokemon were drawn back then. It's not about the design.
Also, I'm not denying it, the pic you posted looks rad but I still prefer watercolors and simpler shades.

He's an artist that makes cool fake pokemon stuff, he was the one that did the Sun and Moon forms of Xerneas and Yveltal for example, or the watercolor artworks. So yes it's fake but it was never meant to be a fake leak, just a cool video edit to present his new drawing
