Then, Once your Mirai is fully trained you can bring azu to your party with it's band and Kill Everything on the small island right below the players home (Bottom Pic) Arrowkuda, Wingull,Buizel and Magikarp al give Speed.
You can buy your bands at the general store section of a delibird presents store in west Mesagoza.
