>>43113012Most pokemon are colorcoded, it makes natural sense that most fire types would be a warm color, just like how most water types are cool colors. Water types are more diverse because you have a way broader pool of animals to work with, so you can get shit like Krabby which isn't a weird color, but it's not blue.
There isn't an equivalent biome for fire types so the easiest way to integrate fire into a design would be through colors/flames.
You could try to be more creative like with certain plants that are associated with fire but a lot of those have orange too. You'd have to go out of your way to not color it that way.
