There's no way to actually playtest your balance changes retard, going through a million pointless fights in a row just to get to the point where I can fight a battle where I can see if they have any adverse effects is the height of tedium. Speaking of why even bother having vendors that can change your IVs/ having vitamins quickly change your stats at any moment? Just cut out the middle man and make a key item that allows me to do it at will.
