Tries to act intimidating during his in-battle dialogue but as soon as the fight's over he laughs it off and hands you the Lowblow Badge (shaped like a knuckle duster) and the TM for Knock Off. Talking to him afterwards has him wondering if he should try putting a special attacker on his team.
