Eevee has a large forehead, tiny nose, and a small muzzle, making it have the same structure of a kitten (pic very related). The only fox trait it has is the tail, while the ears seem to be inspired from rabbits, but overall, Eevee is essentially just a kitten with traits burrowing from other animals.
Now, I’m not saying Eevee is a cat since it’s supposed to be ambiguous, but if Eevee were to exist in real life, it resemble a small feline with big ears.
