I just used this guide a few days ago to breed the same thing you are.
In this case, go for your male with the corect nature and egg move with an everstone, and female with ability and destiny knot, and 3 IVs each.
On a side note, I have a bunch of leftover 3-4 IV shroomish from breeding mine that know Bullet seed, jolly nature, and technician if you would like.
