Nessa starts cool on the outside but then loses it, Kabu is incredibly hard working and passionate, Opal is a fucking weirdo in general and isn't scared to diss others, Gordie straight up says you fucking suck and he'll make a joke out of you (which ends up biting him in the ass), and so on. Also the way the first three gather to wish you luck was really nice as well.
SwSh may have been terrible games, but I genuinely loved the Gym Leaders.
