Just reached the Rocket with a Raticate in Red Version - where I wiped out last time. The good(?) thing about Gen 1 nuzlockes being that I've basically got the same team as I had last time, except for Mach dying in his first battle this time around.
Going to try and do a cross-gen Nuzlocke here - after beating Red, I'm transferring my winning team to Silver (Virtual Console version), Breeding them all, before trading the eggs to a fresh Gold file. Possibly under the proviso of only using one or two at a time from my 'old' team. We'll see how it all pans out.
