The only two things Meganium got as "buffs" were Misty Surge and getting made into a special attacker, not even a good special attacker, it's still a terrible type of pure Grass, it didn't get a secondary one at all, it got nothing via either movepool or level up, NOTHING ELSE, ABSOLUTELY FUCKING NOTHING, AND THESE ABSOLUTE MORONS THINK THIS NEEDS TO BE LOCKED POST ERICK?!
