>>55900314bibi was just supposed to be a reskin of juliana/florian and otherwise unmodified just so i could have a more visually appealing character to draw alongside the sv cast but i kept layering on personality traits and extra elements that appealed to me, hot-blooded girls with a vulnerable side (unfortunately literal in her case), a pretty face hidden under glasses, ideals of heroism that are ultimately unattainable and self-destructive, ditzes who are incredibly competent in their specific fields etc, and then alto i really made on a whim because i saw a funky v-kei inspired outfit and tried to draw something like it. i also realized that even though i love toxtricity and it lives in paldea it didn't really fit well on bibi's team so boom! one tone deaf chuunibyou at your service
