In universe the change would've been brought about by the competitive and fan driven culture of Galar awakening a never before seen sense of confidence within Ledyba allowing it to reach it's full potential.
Ledyba remains bug/flying but becomes bug/fighting when it evolves into Ledian.
The final form, named Cinelleader, acts as a leader for young Ledyba and works to instill in them a passion for justice so that they can grow up strong.
Stats remain the exact same for ledyba, but ledian has 20 points taken from special attack placed into attack essential switching the two. (similar to alolan sandlslash's redistribution) Evolution in Cinelleader would give it a stat boost of 115 to the total making it's BST 505, which is in line with other Galarian evolutions.
