You gotta be advantageous because remember doubles format is all about being able to read and beat out your opponent. The main dominance in the doubles format is speed control and terrain control. People will often try to control speed with either tailwind or trickroom. So having a way to win that matchup and make it more favorable to you is good. Gotta just be wise with your decisions. I'm sure a bit of practice will get you into the scultping mindset. Pellipers a staple because drizzle and being able to use hurricane would wipe out the threat of like grass types. You could use Gastrodon to handle water/electric types or maybe even goodra with sap sipper. All up to you. Rain Dance is my favorite weather and my favorite terrain is electric so I'm waiting on surgesurfer Raichu.
