Milotic - water transport, huge, could probably pull a barge. I assume pokemon can filter water to some degree
Flygon - Flies, Digs, makes sandstorms. What are zombies going to do against a dragon?
Magnemite - free electricity, can use EM waves to confuse, electricity to shock, and isn't even technically alive, so immune to zombies. Magneton is too powerful, and is likely partially at fault for the apocalypse.
Sawbuck/Deerling - Hear me out, I had this thought yesterday, how do you tell time without clocks or internet? Seasons are important to humans, Deerling would be handy for keeping track of the time of year for growing crops and can help you farm. This is, of course, going by pokedex and not the game where they're stuck in whatever form you caught it as. They're supposed to change with the seasons.
