How would you guys do a spider-mon with a cordyceps infestation? Wanted to make a Grass/Bug -> Grass/Ghost spider that gets taken over by the cordyceps fungus. Sort of like a Paras/Parasect situation, but the fungus more intense. Instead of just a giant mushroom, it covers the spider's limbs maybe. Thought maybe a bunny harvestman except the 'bunny' part is actually the fungus, eyes included.
Pic related is a barebones idea. Maybe the fungus uses the spider like a mount or like one of those silly Halloween costumes where it looks like you're riding something. I guess in other words, the fungus is the Pokemon? Like how Dhelmise is really the seaweed?
