Jumpluff's speed trumps Skrelp's ten times over, especially without Paralysis there to hinder him. He freely bounces up into the air, awaiting for the right time to strike.
"Juuuuuuuuuuuuuump!~"
Using his based high-tier excellent precision, Ramos waits until just the right moment to call out the hour of wreckage. And that time is quick to arrive.
"Jumpluff, now! Get your keister back down here!"
"Pluuuuuuuuuuuuuuuff!~"
The dandelion fluffles himself up and comes on a crash course downward to strike Skrelp and do him in for good. Watching the cotton ball up in the air, it enrages you intensely, but after a few seconds of staring at him, an idea pops up in your head.
"I got it! Skrelp, POISON TAIL!"
"Skreeeeellll.....!"
Skrelp readies his tail like a bat as Jumpluff is in the second half of Bounce. The sea-dragon narrows his near-sighted eyes, sucks up the acid in his lips, and readies to intercept the attack.
"SKREEEEELLLL!"
"J-Ju, jump?"
A devastating Poison Tail smacks into Jumpluff's face, smacking him all the way over to the wall and interjecting in his Bounce. On top of that, globs of poison seep into his skin.
>Jumpluff was poisoned!"Shoot! Jumpluff, hang in there, don't let me down now, sprout!"
"J-Juuuump..."
The dandelion drifts out of his hole in the wall with a weakened frame, one more hit should do him in.
"Skrelp, Venom Drench, followed by-"

B) Hydro Pump!
C) Dragon Pulse!
