They don't exist, shitheadPeople battle through the games because there is an actual community and official gaming franchise behind it. People hack because they're lazy and I'm guilty of it too. I personally use Showdown as a means to experiment with teams before I build them.
"Hacking" is a shortcut to get the end result that everyone else is going to get. Perfect IVs, Egg moves, shinies, whatever. So what if someone doesn't want to spend hours grinding levels, hatching eggs and playing bike sim 2014? Whether you spend days getting your perfect team together or hours; by the time you face off in a battle; it's the same thing eitherway. So if anyone is going to bitch about hackers and whine on "it's not fair" is either because they don't know how to use simple tools like Action Replay and Pokegen or they're just too lazy to go out and get these tools to be lazy.
