regardless, urmumium's pbmoveeffects does include the code for flinch, but i wouldn't be able to edit rock slide specifically without the pbs, as i couldn't compile
i could remove flinching entirely from the game maybe, but again, that would fuck with fake out and the like which feels like going a step too far
i don't mind fake out flinch actually as it's guaranteed and i know it's going to happen and can plan for it, i just need to gamble on a fucking 70% chance rock slide doesn't flinch just to see the rest of the batlte which is so fucking annoying kek
