>>36259315I was originally going to do a mono-normal run and when deciding between Pidgeot and Fearow, I chose Pidgeot for its more balanced stats. As for Furret, it's consistently proved itself to be perfectly usable with it's good speed, STAB Strengths/Returns and serviceable bulk (It survived a Hyper Beam from Aerodactyl (At full health) with half health remaining). I would unironically say that Furret is the best route-1-normal-type Pokemon.
