Either by just writing gibberish on the walls or street signs or by writting it wrong from left to right and not from right to left as it should be written while making the letters disconected. E.g medal of honor 2010 has arabic letters written separately because the devs couldn't bother paying 10 dollars to a sand nigger to help them or spend 5 minutes searching on the internet, also the language used is arabic when it should be persian a completely different language that only shares a bit of vocab and the writtin system, same applied to a level from another game set in pakistan, they wrote in arabic when they should have used urdu, which is hindi written in the arabic script and has nothing to do with arabic
