I've got a box of Protean Froakies for trade. They are all Hasty, and all have a guaranteed 31 IV in Speed. Many (if not most) also have a 31 IV in at least one other stat, usually SpAtk. It'll be pot luck, though.
I would dearly love a Compoundeyes Joltik, but I'll also take pretty much anything else that's off the beaten path; No early game derps like Bunnelby, but X version exclusives, "rare" Pokemon like Larvitar and Larvesta, and any stuff with DW Abilities will suffice. Also, Dusk Stones.
