21. The power of attacks must be less than or equal to the proportion of hp the user has left. If it has 75% of its health, it can only use moves of 75 power or less.
I heard those of you who hated my plan to abuse a pickup Zigzagoon. I agree with you, but if I need to fight the rival and all the trainers up to the oran berry tree for healing, then all of the trainers on the way to the leppa berry, I dont see how I'd have enough hp or pp available. Remember that in a Nuzlocke, you cannot use items in battle. regardless of level it would take ages to obtain ethers through a single Pickup Zigzagoon.
