Now, I had these ideas. A little girl, very imaginative that likes to dream about her fated prince charming. She read about Luvdisc being related with good luck with love and her father brought her one (she's a bit of daddy's girl), that she carries in her fishtank bag.

Regardless. Is it said that Luvdisc always faces to where it's true love is, and she hopes she can use it's help to find her prince charming. The plan was to gift the Luvdisc as a sign of her love, but she has grown quite attached to it.
The second one is a more grown girl, maybe a high school student, that tries to be act cool and goes telling she has "a boyfriend, but you don't know him" and tries to keep her bluff. She even brags "accidentally" showing off her love bites, which actually are marks from her Woobat when it sleeps. Maybe she has another pokemon like Grimmsnarl to take pics to post on social media. Curiously you never see her "boyfriend"'s face or skin on the pictures.
I thought maybe both could actually be the same person, not sure. I imagine her as a girl that actually likes to investigate about Pokemon and legends like with the books she read as a kid, but now tries to hide it to look cool and aloof with her peers.
