When comparing literally any stage of the SWSH meta to another, the SWSH is automatically more centralized because of the dex cut. Similarly, as more Pokemon get added throughout the season, other Pokemon find more niches which become widespread and become the "meta."
The fact that the SWSH meta had usage stats over 60% from the beginning is already a huge red flag. Hope you enjoy crying about it to try and defend your shitty gimmick, though.
