I would have to watch out for its claws and fangs. Those can hurt. I would probably try to maintain some distance, and wait for it to attack first. With its speed, I would easily be able to dodge its attacks, and the moment I get a chance, I take it. I would kick his legs, to bring him down. Once he's down, I would quickly try to snap his neck. I'm sure I would get clawed a bit, but I can take a bit of claws.
