Raticate, Meowth, Spinda, Hippopotas use the light tan on the deers which is missing from the sheet.
Buckston's stomach was shaded differently than "normal" with a white highlight and a light brown shade which is used on Slakoth, Dragonite, Ursaring, etc. Maybe Buckston's was just an illusion making the stomach look different? Usually a white thing would be shaded with grey instead.
Cowatti used colors from Pikachu, Golduck, and Golem.
