Time for my wishlist!
>a ghost/grass
I'm praying that Oorotto ends up fulfilling this type.
>a grass/fire
I'm jumping on the Jack-o-Lantern bandwagon. It's such a natural concept that I'm surprised Gamefreak hasn't already done it.
>a water/fire
Water and fire are such contradictory types that I really want to see if Gamefreak can come up with something.
>a fire/ice
More contradictory types. Probably one of the most difficult combos to devise a Pokemon for. Then again, I'm not terribly imaginative.
>a psychic/ghost
Crippling weakness to Dark be damned. I just want to see this happen.
>fairy/dark
>fairy/ghost
>fairy/fighting
>fairy/fire
Ever since Fairy was announced, I've fallen in love with the idea. I really hope we get some interesting dual-typed fairies, but these are my most anticipated combos.
>a dark type gym
Only type not to have one. That really needs to change.
>fire type priority move
>electric type priority move
Fire and Electric always seemed like "fast" types to me. I think it's strange they don't have any priority.
>more special priority moves
Vacuum Wave is cool, but is poorly distributed. There should be some more special priority moves, mostly for variety's sake.
>more "faceless" Pokemon
Staryu and Starmie have two of my favorite designs, partially due to their lack of a face. I have no problem with Pokemon with faces, but I think the "faceless" concept is very aesthetically interesting. I think part of the reason I like Honedge so much is because of how minimalist it is. It has an eye, but that's it.
>more "multi" Pokemon
People give Dugtrio, Magneton, and Exeggcute flak for being just "multiple X", but I sort of like it. I think a couple of "multi-bodied" Pokemon are really neat, and I wouldn't mind a couple more (preferably fully evolved). I know that most people think Honedge will evolve into a suit of armor (and I think that's a really cool idea), but I'd also like if he evolved into MULTIPLE swords.
I think that's it for now.
