When ORAS was announced the shitposting grew to even greater levels because Flygonfags would claim their bro would finally get a mega and be useful for once. Of course then the games came out, and not only did Flygon not get a mega, but the NPC with Flygon as his ace is the one who gives you Garchompite. And then GF revealed in an interview that Flygon was going to get a mega originally, but it was scrapped because they couldn't come up with anything.
