So basically, bootleg explorers set one generation before. I'm pretty displeased with these results. The only way this could amount to anything is if I made a bunch of stuff up because there's not enough lore leftover from explorers to do anything interesting without ripping it off. Also, dying at the end makes it hard not to turn this into a Mary Sue plot. Also, recruiting a starter's not exactly reaching deep into the barrel of ideas. I'd have to use Ivysaur for pandering.
The only way I could salvage this would be to do some kind of dynamic between Ninjask and the Shedinja that's produced from some kind of scripted evolution like a fire emblem mc's promotion or something.
Also, after rolling Riolu, the randomizer gave me Celebi and then Grovyle one after the other while I was looking for an uber for the final boss. It's like the randomizer knew.
