If you're talking about in the west, Boruto aired at like 11:30 PM on an adult anime block while it's primary demographic was sleeping. even then it is still one of the highest rated on streaming platforms across the world And it still better than pokemon SM.
For reference, before and during SM aired Disney XD had to run it alongside reruns of XY to salvage the license.
