Not to the point of physical fist to face confrontation, since he’d probably be too scared of the consequences and deep down I don’t think he’d really want to physically hurt someone else. I also like to think that he wasn’t able to start full-on levitating people until he was a bit older (late bloomer), which is why threatens to do it in game. If it were something that he’d done since he was a child they probably would’ve put him in behavioral counseling or something, or arrested him by the time he was an adult anyway since that’s probably assault.
