Back when Pokemon was taking off in late 90s and early 00s, it was EVERYWHERE. Cereals, furnitures, everywhere. Lot's of people saw them.
Especially the top 5 listed above. Show their pictures your parents or someone else who doesn't play Pokemon. They would say something like "those monsters" or "pokemon things"
Anyone who actually thinks Lucario is popular OUTSIDE of the Pokemon world is an idiot
