Babby's 1st dubs clause is basically
>No moody, dark void or perish song
>No pokemon that cannot be bred - by extension, nothing with gen 3 move tutor moves
Will probably allow perish song and just complex ban perish trapping.
The pokemon restriction means nothing like heatran, cress, genies etc which have to be RNG'd or genned. Gen 3 tutor move pokemon are banned because it's impossible to breed them competitively.
The idea isn't to ban pokegen - it's so that people who suck dick at gen or who don't have bank can still play too.
The goal of this ruleset is to make it easier for newer players to adapt. In the next tourney, we may just ditch any custom rules altogether.
