I've seen a lot of terrible and mindnumbingly stupid questions asked on /vp this evening. This one, this one though has to be the most ridiculously stupid. And the real sad part is that /vp responds to this one as if its not another troll question.
There are approx 10000 bird species in our Universe. So what does that make humans?Because there are only birds regarded as a species.
There are approx 5-10 million arthopod species in our Universe. So what species does that make humans? Because there are only Arthopods regarded as a species.
If I really need to spell it out any further, the first statement "There are over 675 known pokemon species in the pokemon universe," does not imply humans or any other animals are in any way a subset of pokemon. Pokemon is simply a general term referring to a type of animal, as bird refers to Avians and bugs to Arthopiods. Humans are a different type of animal, distinct from pokemon.
