random.org and roll a number between 0 and 17. This number represents the first plate Arceus gives you.
Now, roll again, but between the numbers -18 and 17. If you roll a negative number, or your second number is the same as your first, you do not receive an extra plate.
Congratulations! The plate/s you received from Arceus give you complete mastery over all moves associated with that plate's type. You can also summon one pokemon for each species of that type, but their types must match your plates. (e.g., Having a ghost and steel plate allows you to summon shuppet and honedge, whereas having just the ghost plate allows you to summon shuppet, but not honedge).
The pokemon you summon are loyal to you and will follow all of your commands within their power and may be banished and resummoned at any time.
