I love breasts of all sizes and I don't hate off-model on principle but large breasts often clash with the rest of the character design because smaller breasts are generally supposed to give off certain vibes (spunky, highly dignified, etc.) and enlarging them usually ruins that. It *can* still be done in a appealing way but most don't really know how to pull it off.
